During the opening press meeting at ibis Style Jakarta Aiport on Tuesday, Gerard Guillouet, the main operations officer for Accor Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore said, “The multi-brand combo concept hotel is not new for Accor because we have developed several combo-hotels such as Novotel and ibis Balikpapan, Novotel and ibis Solo which are both merging upper-midscale Novotel and economy ibis hotel brands in one location. And within the next three years, Accor aims to build up at least 10 multi-branded combo-properties throughout Indonesia in cities such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Surabaya and Pontianak. ”

Moreover, Guillouet explained that the combo hotel concept came with its own advantage in terms of room-number effectiveness as well as investment costs and come back on an investment that targets two different markets at the same time.

The ibis Budget and ibis Styles have an 80% occupancy target and will provide a daily shuttle to and from Soekarno-Hatta from 3 a. mirielle to 11 p. m.

With its 251 rooms, ibis Styles offers a stylish all-inclusive yet affordable place to stay with complete facilities like free Wi-Fi Internet access, swimming pool, gym, wellness and spa center as well as five meeting rooms in order to cater to MICE guests.

On the other hand, the ibis Budget consists of 186 guest rooms that provide important comfort at great value. The rooms are designed to resemble cocoons and they are able to accommodate up to three guests with facilities that include LED TVs and lighting, Wi-Fi and a substantial bathroom with shower.

As a budget-priced hotel, ibis Budget Jakarta Airport’s rate also arrives at a bundled price to avoid extra costs for essential hotel solutions.

As a part of Accor resort network, guests can book rooms at both hotels through its booking websites. Those who hold LeClub Accorhotels loyalty club cards may also enjoy special advantages.
